description:
Can you increase creativity? If so, how? The literature related to these questions is large, fragmented, and often with little or no empirical support. I'll report on my attempts to impose structure on this area and to distill the important points. In addition, I'll highlight themes that appear to cut across individual, group, and organizational creativity, giving us some hope that there are ways to help people reach their creative potential.
