description:
Using embodied theatre and movement practices integrated with current neurobiological and cognitive science research, I am developing a systematic training of ten isolated functions of the creative brain, and ultimately the synthesis of the ten into what I am calling the Synthesized Self. Focus is on training the mind and body to work together in order to stimulate and strengthen neuroplasticity related to optimal creative output in any field of endeavor. Relying on the principles of emotional presence, body mapping, and collaboration, the training is unique in its embodied practice.
