description:
Where should Police vehicles, fire trucks and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) ambulances be positioned in an increasingly mobile society? Currently over 75% of 911 calls are made by mobile phones, compared to less than 5% over a decade ago. Over 22 million American patients are transported every year to Emergency Departments by calling 911. Who will call 911 next and why? What patterns of 911 calls coupled with environmental, web browsing, call-log, wireless signal routing and social media data can predict optimal Emergency preparedness and response?
